Corporate Finance Manager – Finance

Hi, I’m Gareth, a Corporate Finance Manager at Magna and an FCCA‑qualified accountant.

I lead a small team and look after all our loans and banking. This includes raising new finance, keeping everything compliant, monitoring our cashflow and making sure our everyday banking runs smoothly. I also focus on getting the best returns on our cash so we can use our money wisely.

My team and I check the financial viability of new homes and support projects by sharing clear information and performance updates. I’m also responsible for giving insight and modelling for our 30‑year business plan. This includes stress‑testing different scenarios to make sure Magna stays strong and financially secure for the future.

I keep our treasury strategy, policy and investment policies up to date too. This helps make sure they stay practical and continue to support Magna’s long‑term goals.
