We are looking for an accomplished Project Manager who will champion our Better Futures objectives, ensuring projects are delivered with efficiency and excellence. In this highly visible position, you will foster alignment with organisational priorities and enable the sustainable integration of positive outcomes across operational teams. Your exceptional organisational skills, proven ability to exceed expectations, and talent for building strong professional networks will be essential for success.
As a skilled communicator, you will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels, and as a manager, you will advocate for best business practices and uphold the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion—driving meaningful change within and beyond our business. Work within the Project Management Office to apply consistent project delivery standards, strengthen governance, and champion best practice across multiple directorates.
Deliver projects using PMO frameworks, RAID management, governance reporting, and structured methodologies, while leading change management for new processes and technologies.
Build relationships with subject matter experts, operational managers, and transformation leads to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Facilitate technology-driven transformation through collaboration with IT, data, and digital teams, and support service design activities such as journey mapping and process redesign.
Track and report project benefits, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What you need to be successful:
Proven success in leading digital transformation projects and implementing new technologies.
Experienced in change management, service delivery improvement, and working with operational teams and Project Management Offices.
Skilled in stakeholder management, effective communication, and collaboration using tools such as Monday.com, Miro, and M365.
Strategic, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of coaching colleagues and providing clarity in complex situations.
Knowledgeable in service design and discovery activities, with beneficial experience in Housing Associations or regulated sectors.
Although not essential in would be advantageous to hold PMO, Change Management, Technical Delivery Certification. Applicants with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
