The role & what you take care of:
Magna is delighted to offer an exceptional career opportunity to join our Customer and Community Support team as a dedicated Community Safety Officer. In this role, you will support the Magna Safer Communities Lead to ensure that cases involving anti-social behaviour, domestic abuse, and safeguarding processes are thoroughly investigated and managed according to established protocols. You will become part of a professional team who are passionately committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience, while contributing to our organisational objectives of delivering great homes together!
Undertake case management and legal work (including preparing and presenting Injunctions and possession claims; up to and including eviction)
Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings and manage referrals and queries from other agencies.
Compile relevant information and data for other teams, such as complaints or access requests.
What you need to be successful:
Excellent customer care, problem solving, record keeping and communications skills.
Experience of using, preparing and instructing on legal and non-legal interventions and multi-agency working.
Demonstrated attention to accuracy and detail, with experience utilising case management systems.
Hold a valid driving licence, access to a vehicle, and be prepared to travel for work-related purposes.
