Based at Magna Sites across the Somerset region.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our dedicated Building Safety, Compliance and Home Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop the following skills and advance your career in the Plumbing and Heating field as an Apprentice Plumbing and Heating Engineer – Level 3. At Magna, you will work under the supervision of experienced team leads and gain hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing Plumbing and Heating Systems in the following areas:
Installation: Learn to install and service heating systems.
Repairs: Carry out day-to-day repairs, including fault finding and troubleshooting.
Inspection and Testing: Inspect and test installations, ensuring they meet safety and compliance standards, and learn to complete relevant certification.
College Training: Attend a day release programme at a local college to enhance your theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
Safety Training: Train in a safe environment adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Relationship Building: Develop great working relationships within a strong support network, giving you the opportunity to build your confidence and skills.
What you need to be successful:
Ability to communicate professionally, follow direction and eager to learn.
Self-driven, with excellent timekeeping and attendance.
GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths, at C/4 grade or above.
