Salary £33,173 per annum plus benefits and allowances.
39 hours per week.
Field-based with regular travel across Dorset region. We recommend that you reside within 30 miles of DT1 2PJ.

You will work independently to complete internal decoration to a high standard in our empty properties, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. You will occasionally working alongside other trades.
We seek applicants with proven experience of the painting and decorating trade who are able to maintain high quality output with consistent productivity levels.
We are looking for self-sufficient, positive, polite, and approachable individuals willing to learn and work with our IT systems. A comprehensive role profile is attached to this advert.
What you need to be successful:
Proven experience as a time served Painter and Decorator. An NVQ Level 2 Painter Decorator or equivalent qualification would be advantageous.
You will need to demonstrate a punctual, proactive attitude with a positive demeanour and be capable of working safely and efficiently without supervision.
Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to the community, along with excellent customer service skills.
Basic IT skills with ability to use iPad and you must hold a full driving license.
