PMO & Change Manager – Programme Management OfficeHeya, I’m Kirsty, the PMO and Change Manager.
I’m passionate about people and about doing change well. In my PMO role, I look after our project processes and governance, and I coach teams across Magna to deliver their projects with confidence. As Change Manager, I help plan our programme of work by looking at what else is happening in the business, the resources we have and how each change will feel for colleagues.
I also help design how we land change with you. You’ll often see me around the business asking for your views and feedback, making sure your voice shapes what we do.
I’m a qualified Scrum Master and a Level 4 Improvement Practitioner.
