Data and Reporting Specialist – Building Safety, Compliance & Home Services

Hi, I’m Kyle. I’m a Data and Reporting Specialist and the Asbestos and Legionella Compliance Manager at Magna Housing. I look after the management and monitoring of compliance across Magna’s homes, making sure all asbestos and legionella risks are identified, controlled and clearly explained.

Using a mix of technical knowledge and a strong focus on customer safety, I use data and insight to keep our compliance standards high and support safe, well‑managed homes. 

My work helps make sure every property meets regulations and that customers can feel confident their home is a safe place to live.
