As part of the Growth team, I help shape our ambitious plans for the future. I’m proud to play a direct role in deciding where we build, what our new homes and estates will look like, and how they will feel for our customers. I work with talented, driven colleagues in a fast‑paced and adaptable environment, supported by inspiring leaders and a progressive Board.
