Home-based with occasional travel. Candidates need to live within a commutable distance to Dorchester, DT12PJ
Fixed Term Role - Up to 12 Months.

The role & what you take care of:
As a Magna IT Service Desk Administrator, you will provide administration support for the IT Team. Your role will include a variety of administration duties, including assisting the IT Service Desk team with service requests, managing user accounts and administering the asset register. Additionally, you will maintain accurate documentation, contribute to continuous service improvements, and uphold a reliable, secure, and user-friendly IT environment that enables teams to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
Respond to IT service desk requests, including calls and emails.
Use our IT Service Desk ticketing system to monitor requests
Order IT equipment, software and process purchase orders.
Organise IT setups for starters, leavers, and changes, while maintaining the asset register accurately.
What you need to be successful:
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and great communication skills.
Consistently provides outstanding customer service.
Confident in using IT systems with basic knowledge of Windows and Office 365, alongside good numeracy and literacy skills.
