Hey, I'm Matt, the People Talent Manager. I'm responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development Teams, known as the People Talent team here at Magna - You could say I am all about the People.

Whilst I lead the team I am more strategic than operational, but if you want to reach out and connect with me you can do so via my LinkedIn profile.

I am super passionate about supporting people back into work, whether that be as a returner, a veteran looking for their first civilian role, or those who have struggled to find employment. Additionally I live ED&I and are super passionate about diversifying our workforce whilst developing individuals to be the best version of their selves. 

I'm in to cooking, fitness and I'm the dad of two Dachshunds, Rupert and Albert and I live in Mid-Wales
