As People Experience Manager, I focus on the moments that shape how colleagues feel when they work with us. These moments build trust, confidence and real connection.

I lead our Safety, Fleet and Workplace teams, as well as our work on engagement, inclusion and colleague voice. My aim is to create experiences that are clear, human and supportive, helping managers lead well and helping colleagues feel valued.

My background includes supporting senior teams, managing workplaces and developing strong leadership skills. This has helped me understand what managers need to succeed, how culture grows through everyday interactions, and how thoughtful experience design helps people and teams do their best work. It’s also why I’m committed to creating people‑centred and consistent experiences across Magna.
