Hi, I’m Phil, a People Business Partner here at Magna.

My job is to support you and your leaders with the people processes, conversations and decisions that help you do your best work. You’ll see me around when you're navigating anything from performance and wellbeing to organisational changes or day‑to‑day people questions. I’m here to make things clear, practical and as straightforward as possible.

I also work closely with teams across Magna to spot opportunities, solve problems and shape people‑focused solutions using the insight and data we have. I enjoy helping colleagues feel confident, supported and ready to move forward — whether that’s through coaching, planning or working together on new ideas.

I’m really looking forward to meeting you and working together to help make Magna an even better place to work.
