We are currently recruiting for three Operatives to join the Magna Building Safety, Compliance & Home Services team in Dorset.

The role & what you take care of:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated mobile Cleaning Operative to join our Estate Services cleaning team. In this role, you will help us provide clean, safe and welcoming spaces for our customers across Magna sites in Dorchester, Weymouth, Bridport, Sherborne and Yeovil. You will have access to a company van, uniform and all the equipment you need to deliver both scheduled and responsive cleaning services. At Magna, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Your main duties will include:
Commercial cleaning - vacuuming, polishing, dusting, mopping, descaling of surfaces and floors throughout all communal areas.
Consistently maintaining a clean and safe communal environment throughout Magna’s sheltered flats, housing and supported sites.
Removal of graffiti and sharps, including the cleaning of blood spillages and other potential bodily fluids (Full training will be given and full PPE is supplied)
Deep cleaning of our void properties.
What you need to be successful:
Previous experience in providing commercial cleaning services is desirable, however applicants with transferable qualities are encouraged to apply.
Always put the customer at the heart of what you do.
Ability to work without supervision and be self-motivated.
Basic IT skills (including the ability to use a tablet)
A full driving licence is essential.
