Hi, I’m Ben - Surveying Trade Manager responsible for overseeing the inspection, specification, and delivery of empty home works. My main responsibilities include ensuring vacant properties are surveyed accurately, repair works are specified to the required standard, and any additional remedial needs are effectively identified and managed.

I oversee and work closely with both in‑house trade teams and external contractors to return empty homes to a lettable standard efficiently and safely, ensuring customers receive high‑quality properties. My role also includes full accountability for health and safety, compliance, staff training, and other line management responsibilities across a geographical area.
