Customer Care Supervisor – Customer Contact & Community SupportHi, I’m Emma, a supervisor in the Magna Customer Service Team.
I’m passionate about supporting my colleagues and making sure we deliver great customer service. It’s a fast‑paced role where we need to respond quickly and look into things every day, but I enjoy it because no two days are ever the same.
As part of my job, I keep the team up to date, train new colleagues on our systems and phone lines, and check their work as they settle in. This helps us make sure we’re meeting our targets and giving the warm, high‑quality customer service we’re proud of at Magna.
I also keep an eye on the feedback our customers leave. It helps us see what’s going well and where we can offer more support.
