Customer Care Support Manager – Customer Contact & Community SupportHey, I’m Abi, the Customer Care Support Manager here at Magna Housing. A big part of my role is to welcome and onboard new team members into Customer Care, support ongoing training, and champion digital skills across the team.
As a new starter, my priority is that you feel heard, confident, empowered, and connected. We all learn differently, so your training will be shaped around you, your abilities, your pace, and your preferred learning style. This isn’t a templated plan; it’s a personalised journey designed to help you feel settled and successful.
You’ll spend your first month with me as part of your onboarding. Don’t worry, you won’t feel “new” for long. I’ll introduce you to colleagues across the organisation so you can understand how everyone works together and where your role fits in.
Building a strong team dynamic and creating a comfortable, supportive environment matters to me. We spend a lot of time together, so it should feel like a great place to be.
A little about me: I wish I could say I’m into fitness - I’m currently dragging myself to kettlebell sessions, so if you see me walking funny, no questions asked! I have three children, two dogs, and one husband. Life is full, busy, and exactly how I love it.
