Lettings Manager – Customer Contact & Community Support

Hi, I’m Karen, the Lettings Manager at Magna.

I’ve been part of Magna for over 36 years, and I’m incredibly proud to help people find a place they can truly call home. My role is all about making the lettings journey simple and stress‑free, and shaping it around each person’s needs so they can focus on the exciting part – moving in.

I look after the relets of our existing homes and the very first lets of our new builds. I work closely with our local authority partners to support people in housing need. Whether it’s answering questions, keeping things moving or offering extra support, I’m here to help every step of the way.

I’m passionate about what I do, and nothing makes me happier than seeing someone settle into a home that feels right for them.

I look forward to meeting you.
