Hi, I’m Jill, the Housing Team Leader for the Jurassic area. I manage a team of four brilliant tenancy management officers. Together, we support our customers through every stage of their tenancy and help deliver on our promise of creating great homes together.

I began my career in housing over 30 years ago in Cheshire. During that time, I worked in lots of different roles, including administration, maintenance management, tenancy management, lettings, shared ownership, anti‑social behaviour and area management. I also completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Housing Studies at Liverpool John Moores University.

I moved to the South West in 2005 and have worked at Magna ever since. I’m passionate about supporting my team to be their best and helping us deliver a positive, caring experience for our customers.

Outside of work, I’m a keen musician. I play in a local brass band and sing in an all‑female choir. I haven’t managed to do both at once — yet!
