Fleet Manager – People

Hello 👋 I’m Liam, the Fleet Manager at Magna. I look after the performance and development of our fleet, which includes almost 200 trade vans and more than 250 grey‑fleet vehicles used by colleagues across our services. My role is all about keeping our teams on the move so they can carry out repairs, maintenance and support for our customers.

I work closely with operational managers, drivers and our external partners to make sure our fleet is safe, compliant, cost‑effective and fit for purpose. With a strong focus on efficiency and service quality, I lead on vehicle procurement, maintenance planning, telematics and sustainability projects. All of this helps us reduce downtime and improve the experience for both colleagues and customers.

I’m passionate about running a reliable fleet that helps our teams provide great homes and great services to the communities we support.
