Income Team Leader – Customer Contact & Community SupportHi, I’m Paula, one of the Income Team Leaders at Magna. I look after the day‑to‑day running of the team and make sure we’re supporting our customers in the best way we can. A big part of my role is helping the team speak with customers early, prevent arrears and work together to find practical solutions when people are feeling the pressure of money worries.
I enjoy working closely with colleagues and customers, and I aim to create a supportive, approachable environment where people feel listened to and understood.
I’m genuinely passionate about housing, and after more than 19 years in the sector, I still find it rewarding to help people feel secure in their homes and confident in managing their finances. It’s a job I care about, and I’m proud of the positive impact our team makes every day.
